Finally got it working...not 100% sure where the problem was, but I'm suspecting that the diaphragm was pinched by the top of the carb. The tab was aligned properly, but I think the other side may have lifted slightly when I put the top on and pinched. anyway, runs great now. Lots of pep! Well worth the effort!
